Educating today’s youth means preparing them for a future that’s increasingly digital. Cyber SyncED offers specialized training for non-technical educators, giving you the skills and resources to integrate essential cyber concepts into any middle or high school classroom. CyberTEACH provides the tools you need to confidently teach cyber literacy, whether you teach English, history, or art. With our comprehensive training, you’ll learn how to weave these critical concepts into your curriculum, helping students connect what they learn in class to the digital world around them.
CyberTEACH Training is an educator professional development program of the University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC). The sessions will be offered at Inglewood High School in the Inglewood Unified School District in California from June 9 – 13, 2025, exclusively for Inglewood High School and other district educators.
Participants will be provided with the following:
- $1,800 stipend upon the completion of the training
- Laptop computer
- Certificate of participation upon the completion of the training
